It is Halloween again, and that means pumpkin carving. Of course Seth wanted to carve a "rocket ship pumpkin" so I went hunting the web for a rocket ship I could print out and trace onto a pumpkin. I thought it would be a simple thing to do, but after 30 minutes I decided to settle on a "just ok" image. If I had any free time, I would create a website where you could find all kinds of things to print out to trace onto a pumpkin. Maybe next year...Seth didn't want to get his fingers gooey, so Megan and I got to do that part, but he did like using the child safe pumpkin knife and helped cut out the rocket ship. His favorite part was the candles, so that is something we are going to have watch out for.
We are taking him Trick-or-Treating this Saturday (he has a Cookie Monster costume with his name on it) so look for pictures next week. In the mean time take a look at the carving pictures we took by clicking here.
